Consistency matters, but consistency of quality matters more than consistency of frequency. Two considered posts a week beat seven filler ones, and they are sustainable while you are writing.
Build formats rather than posts. A format is a repeatable structure such as a research note, a deleted scene or a short reading. It removes the blank page problem and makes your feed recognisable at a glance.
Watch saves, shares and profile visits rather than likes. Those are the behaviours that come before a signup.
